Summary of Bill:

It amends the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act to require:

States to use grants for safe and drug-free schools to collect and report information on incidence of bullying and harassment. It also requires LEAs or schools to notify parents and students annually of conduct prohibited in discipline polices (which must now include bullying and harassment). Finally, it includes bullying and harassments within the act’s definition of violence.
